Such activity is key to the interpretation and forecasting of changes in the technology and energy mix, and thus to identify opportunities for - and potential impacts on - market players and the economy as a whole.

The annual survey on installation of heating and cooling systems represents one of the tools for the analysis. This has been carried out since 2012.
