Created in 1999, the Energy Observatory is financed by producers, energy product suppliers and investment banks. A broad range of periodicals and publications provides members of the Observatory with fundamental support and constantly up-to-date information, designed to meet different needs for knowledge and in-depth analysis in the energy sector.
